How to 

Step 1: Wear Gloves.
Step 2: Apply to shampooed and towel-dried hair.
Step 3: Massage through lengths and ends.
Step 4: Leave on for a maximum of 5 minutes depending on the desired level of neutralization.
Step 5: Rinse thoroughly.
